Recently we’ve observed a limited housing supply, a competitive market for buyers. But now, there's an uptick in inventory due to higher interest rates. And higher rates are likely to remain. Here in the White Mountains of Arizona, we have not seen a concommittant reduction in prices. Ours is a unique market, one of the most beautiful and temperate areas in Arizona. Our real estate prices are always a bit high! So higher inventory along with higher interest rates do make for an interesting Spring/Summer market. So, what can savvy buyers do?
