Torreon Golf Membership Overview

Torreon Golf Club offers three levels of membership. A Torreon Association Membership is included with the purchase of any property within the community, and includes access to the dining facilities as well as all other Club amenities, excluding the golf facilities. The Torreon Golf Membership (current initiation fee of $20,000) includes all privileges of the Association Membership, plus access to Torreon's two championship courses. The Torreon Unit Membership (current initiation fee of $40,000) expands the Golf Membership allowing the owner of record to designate membership privileges to another party while they are in residence. Unit Memberships are limited in number and only available to owners in specific neighborhoods within the community. The designation of privileges is subject to policies as determined by the Torreon Golf Club Membership Plan. |
